Black Garlic Shrimp




 Black garlic has a uniquely sweet and umami-rich flavor that pairs well with a variety of dishes. Here's a simple recipe for Black Garlic Butter Shrimp that highlights the exquisite taste of black garlic:



Ingredients:


- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves of black garlic, mashed into a paste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Cooked pasta, rice, or crusty bread, for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Shrimp
   - Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

   - In a small bowl, mash the black garlic cloves into a smooth paste using a fork.
